Jiangsu Changfa Group is a multi-industrial corporation
that mainly produces agriculatural machines. The Group
covers an area about 73 thousands m2 including 48
thousands m2 of building area. It has about 5200 employees
including more than 400 technicians and more than 100
senior engineers. The main subsidiary co***nies are:
Changzhou Changfa Power Machinery Co., Ltd, Jiangsu
Changfa Refrigeration Stocked Co***ny and Changzhou
Changfa Machinery Co., Ltd. The sales of the Group in 2003 were 15 billion, earning 1900
million US dollar by exporting.
¡¡¡¡The Group¡¯s main products are agricultural mechanical and electrical products with the
trademark of Changfa including a series of single cylinder water-cooled diesel engines for
agricultural vehicles, walking tractors, a series of air-cooled diesel engines with high
performance, gasoline engines, portable generator sets, water pump sets and other products.
Its annual production capacity has been reaching to 1 million sets of diesel engines and
0.2 million sets of tractors. New-developed small size four-wheel tractors and medium size
tractors are planed to go into operation and put into the market in 2004. Despite Taiwan,
Hong Kong and Macao, the Group has 600 primary sales networks and 2000 secondary sales
networks in China. There are 200 well-trained full-time specialists and more than 1000
part-time specialists working for after-sale service department. 10 per cent of the
products are exported to 20 countries in Europe, South America, Africa, Middle East and
South-east Asia. The other main products of the Group are evaporators and condensers for
refrigerators and air-conditioners. The annual production capacity is 10 million sets. In
the industry, both the performance of the products and the scale of the production are
listed in the first place domestically.
